After shopping for a new vehicle for more than three months and looking at more than three vehicles, I finally knew the vehicle I wanted and the price I wanted to pay. I was prepared to continue to sear months and looking at more than three vehicles, I finally knew the vehicle I wanted and the price I wanted to pay. I was prepared to continue to search until I got what I wanted and I was comfortable with the payments. I visited the AutoWay website for the first time after contacting their Internet department and having Wayne contact me within about 5 minutes of submitting my request. This was a big plus for me because I have received, for months, many "mass emails" that were not meant for me, my name was changed from the last person. Many other dealerships didn't even have the correct vehicle. I went the first day and spent about 4 hours with Wayne. He was very helpful, very patient and was willing to work with me. He explained in much detail the differences in the models I was looking at, the different features and he continued to make sure I was understanding everything. When I was trying to decide if leasing vs. purchasing was the best for me, Wayne offered me to take home the vehicle to think about it. There was no pressure, it was totally up to me. This helped me make the decision. The next day, I returned the vehicle with some additional questions and another 3 hours of going over details. I agreed to a vehicle - not at the dealership - and Wayne kept in constant contact with me to tell me what was going on and he went and picked up the vehicle for me the next day. I came back on the third day to inspect the vehicle and sign the paperwork. I was extremely pleased with the whole process and highly recommend AutoWay Toyota and Wayne Ramos. More

My salesman Fernando Ahumoda (Andy) spend seven hour with me on a Sunday afternoon/evening to personally make sure that I received the vehicle I wanted, and equipped the way I wanted it. Upon my return two days later I was treated like I owned the place. After nearly thirty years of driving GMC products and dealing with GMC dealerships this was certainly and unexpected and most appreciated change. I would recommend Autoway and especially Andy to anyone who might be considering the purchase of a new vehicle. You won't find better service anywhere. More

My wife and I visited five other dealerships, one of which was another Toyota dealer and four that sold other makes of vehicles. We also used internet auto buying programs sponsored buy Navy Federal Cre which was another Toyota dealer and four that sold other makes of vehicles. We also used internet auto buying programs sponsored buy Navy Federal Credit Union and also AOL auto best buy program. The program from Navy Federal put us in touch with Ken Keffer at Autoway Toyota Scion. After not being able to vehicle/price to meet our needs at the other dealerships Ken and Jorge Diaz worked with us to come up with the vehicle we are now proud to own and at a price we are completely satisfied with. Ken, Jorge and the dealership: Patiently helped us go through four different vehicles to find the right one for us Responded to our needs during the several days of our decision making Never once pressured us one way or another Are estremely proud of their organixation Exceeded our expectations including price, product and customer focus Place customer service at the top of the priority list Have a great facility We continue to utilize that facility for our vehicle servicing needs and any future vehicle purchases.
