My experience with Bruce was Great! He patiently waited and waited while I was trying to unlock my Credit Report( had to be an hour or longer). However, he did not complain, not once. Bruce guided me in a quest for a newer SUV due to raising 5 of my grandchildren. He answered all questions honestly and with sincerity. I’m very pleased with my Toyota Highlander. Came in for an oil change on my 2000 Camry this past Saturday 11/7 and test drove a certified used 2020 Corolla SE while I waited and worked with Ramin Yazdani and he was awesome! Very knowledgeable on the vehicle features and gave me an estimated payment quickly after. Told him I wanted to test drive a Honda Accord up the road before I made a decision and he didn't pressure me to pull my credit or make any decision that day, absolutely NO pressure to buy which was fantastic. Filled out a credit app online while at work Monday 11/9 and he got me approved super fast(Not the greatest credit/no money down)! Only spent an hour after work that day signing paperwork and I was out the door with my new Corolla. Quickest vehicle I have ever purchased AND the floormats were missing and Ramin went out of his way in the pouring rain today to find me floor mats which was amazing!!! Would recommend AutoNation ANY DAY and ask for Ramin!! :) More

The best possible experience when shopping for a new vehicle. I came here months ago with a small SUV in mind but needed to work on my credit and a down payment to get the car I wanted. A few months lat vehicle. I came here months ago with a small SUV in mind but needed to work on my credit and a down payment to get the car I wanted. A few months later, after listening to Barrington I worked on my credit and was in desperate need for a new reliable car. I reached out to Barrington again after my first experience and explained my situation with in hours Yanni the General Sales Manager called me with concern in his voice. I explained my current car is no longer safe and my credit has improved but not at a tip top score I was hoping to achieve. Yanni asked me to come down to the dealership with in a hour or two they got me a SUV with a price I could afford and worked with me. Yanni and Barrington were so kind and patient. More

Be careful of their bait and switch games. Their sale manager Ammar emailed me details on a 2020 Camry LE. When I went to test drive it, they all of sudden wanted another $3000 because they didn’t realiz manager Ammar emailed me details on a 2020 Camry LE. When I went to test drive it, they all of sudden wanted another $3000 because they didn’t realize the car had leather. The customer should not have been penalized because of an oversight on their part. One of the worst car buying experiences I Have ever had. When I finally agreed to their covering 50% of the leather, not even sure why I agreed to that but then the finance person Kirk was just as bad as the sales manager. It seems like the whole dealership is just as dishonest. Also be aware Kirk in the Finance department. He’s another snake who kept on insisting that I get the extended warranty when I repeatedly told him I wasn’t interested. He went as far as to slide in the warranty papers in along with the contract hoping I wouldn’t see it. More
