I have to say that this was one of the more pleasant and fun car buying experiences I ever had. John was very helpful during my shopping experience and providing multiple suggestions for me within the crite fun car buying experiences I ever had. When I arrived at the dealership he had no problem walking me from one end of the dealership to the other in search for my 'perfect' car. He even directed me in a more 'common sense' vehicle direction since I had explained my situation to him upfront. I went in with virtually no money down and a sub par trade in. I knew I probably wouldn't be walking away with my dream deal but to be honest the deal was not terrible considering the items I walked in with as I just mentioned. I also liked that even though I had my eyes on a more expensive model, Todd and John were still very interested in negotiating on the vehicle of MY choice. With that being said, the negotiating experience was not nailbiting or as stressful as previous ones I had in my life and the finance portion was a walk in the park as well. Hassan knew I wasn't made of money so didn't try to sell me any extras though he did go over the necessary add ons in case I opted to. Needless to say, I walked away very happy in a new Corolla that I know I will be driving for a very long time. More

After doing a car search online and speaking with about 15 salesmen, there were only a couple of them that remanined truthfull and transparent through the entire tedious process. Among those, there was only one willing to go above and beyond to make me wife and I feel pleased with the purchase of this new car. I wanted to purchase a used Prius. I did my research. I visited 3 other local dealerships and walked out because of high pressure, high prices and not getting value on my trade-in. One dealer even 'cooked' the numbers and had my payments $70 more than the financed amount. I found Autoway on-line, I e-mailed and called ahead and Gary Lawrence responded - he had 5 lined up for me to test drive when I arrived. They gave me top Kelley Blue Book price for my trade-in, took some off of the sticker price, and Gary was matter-of-fact, no pressure, customer satisfaction oriented - I sure appreciated that, how refreshing after my previous experience. I purchased a 2011 with 14,000 miles for a great price, doubled my gas mileage and even lowered my current car payment. I would DEFINITELY recommend Autoway and espcially Gary Lawrence. More

John Fulop really went the extra mile to make us a great deal. We had been to another bay area Toyota dealership over the past weekend that we had dealt with in the past and was treated like we had never p deal. We had also purchased several vehicles over the past 30 years at Autoway in Pinellas Park, even prior to Autoway ownership. When Mr. Fulop heard what we had gone through, he really stepped up and went to bat for us to win our business back. He and Chad (Manager, but I did not catch his last name)really proved to us that they wanted our business. We drove out of there with our new Highlander, very happy.
