I had a 1st maintenance on my 2021 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. I bought the car with 2 different screws on my tag plate- I asked to replace either one of them in order not to use 2 different screwdrivers and was to bought the car with 2 different screws on my tag plate- I asked to replace either one of them in order not to use 2 different screwdrivers and was told, that they don't have spare parts?!?!?!?! They don't have any screws in the service department? Do you here me? How ridiculous it sounds? I've got a tiny dent, maybe, a size of a nickel on the passenger door. I bought an extended plan from AutoNation, that includes a free dent/paint repair, I mean , I already pre-paid it. They wouldn't fix it , said, I have to make a claim. This is ridiculous! it will take 5 min or no time at all. I'm not satisfied with a service. I would've give them a "0", but they did change my oil, which I also pre-paid, when I bought a car. More

Brought my vehicle in for the 20,000 service - yesterday I got a warning it was low on oil. Stopped and checked the oil level and no oil on the dipstick. Had to add 4 quarts to get home. They are great for service and very attentive but I didn’t like the hounds coming out texting, calling and emailing me to sell my car.
