AutoNation Toyota Pinellas Park

I took my car in on Wednesday 8/11, at 8:45 for a 1200 service appointment. By 5 pm I had not heard from my Service advisor. So I call and left a message. I finally heard back from my service advisor. Thi service appointment. By 5 pm I had not heard from my Service advisor. So I call and left a message. I finally heard back from my service advisor. This person told me a couple of things, First that some how my vehicle had manage to sit around all day without anyone taking note that nothing had been done. Second that somehow my vehicle had been assigned to some one who either had to leave work was not scheduled to work that day, can someone please tell me how something like this possible?!? As a result Toyota kept my vehicle overnight, but did manage to get the service done on the following day, Thursday 8/12. Yes I would still recommend this service center as I have always had good service up until this point, provide they do something to correct this issue so that other customers don't have the same experience More

Had made a 4:30 p.m in the morning, I just wanted an oil change, Lady in the afternoon told me it would be about an 1 hr to 1.5 hrs, Service advisor told me the 4:30 p.m. only was to start my paperwork, no change, Lady in the afternoon told me it would be about an 1 hr to 1.5 hrs, Service advisor told me the 4:30 p.m. only was to start my paperwork, not appt of my service. My experience with service on my Rav4 was great. I did not have an appointment and it was a busy Saturday, however, the service department serviced my vehicle in an hour. Impressed that they called and emailed reminding me that I had one more free service appointment - even though it was technically after the 2 years- then when I needed to get a recall done before company ar I had one more free service appointment - even though it was technically after the 2 years- then when I needed to get a recall done before company arrived they worked me in- game me a ride home and back when completed. The waiting room is also comfortable and convenient. They have wifi and refreshments. They have not pressured me into any un-necessary repairs or services. Have purchased 2 cars from them.
