Paul Hildebrand was great. The technician was not. I had to return the car the next after it was at the dealership for 4 days. The leak was fix but the seatbelt on the drivers side did not work properly. I to return the car the next after it was at the dealership for 4 days. I brought the vehicle back on Saturday morning and Paul checked the seatbelt and said it was not working right and drove it back to the service area.. About 30 minutes Paul brought the vehicle back and said it was related the fixing the leak and apologized for having to bring the vehicle back. On Monday I opened the back tailgate door and there as a cracking sound coming from the the driver side roof rail. I looked and noticed a small plastic piece sticking up in the air. I looked closer and it appeared the piece sticking up was from the rear of the roof rail. I looked on the passenger side rear area of the roof rail and the piece was completely missing. I now have to take the vehicle back a third time to get this issue fixed. I am not happy with the service technician who worked on our vehicle. We have never experienced this type of service from AutoNation Pinellas Park. John More

Your valets are terrible. Upon entry to your garage I was yelled at to “drive up”. Normally, your service advisor greets car, takes mileage, and drives auto into garage. Appointment you make one but still waited 30 minutes to see the technician. The light for air pressure in tires came on ,ask to check it light came back when I got home.
