Had made a 4:30 p.m in the morning, I just wanted an oil change, Lady in the afternoon told me it would be about an 1 hr to 1.5 hrs, Service advisor told me the 4:30 p.m. only was to start my paperwork, no change, Lady in the afternoon told me it would be about an 1 hr to 1.5 hrs, Service advisor told me the 4:30 p.m. only was to start my paperwork, not appt of my service. I got out of their dealership at 6:45 p.m., This only happened because the general manager got involved and got my car completed. More

Impressed that they called and emailed reminding me that I had one more free service appointment - even though it was technically after the 2 years- then when I needed to get a recall done before company ar I had one more free service appointment - even though it was technically after the 2 years- then when I needed to get a recall done before company arrived they worked me in- game me a ride home and back when completed. The waiting room is also comfortable and convenient. They have wifi and refreshments. They have not pressured me into any un-necessary repairs or services. Have purchased 2 cars from them.
