Had a AC sanitizing service done . It did not live up to ecpecration. Had fresh smell day of service but none next day. Maybe this is to be expected, don't know. Alittle disappointing ecpecration. I was charged for a "sanitizing" which was a joke! I couldn't tell that anything was done. My customer advisor also told me on the phone that she would notify the shuttle service to come pick me up (af couldn't tell that anything was done. My customer advisor also told me on the phone that she would notify the shuttle service to come pick me up (after letting me know my car was ready). Some 40 minutes later, I called the shop to find out that no shuttle had been ordered! This was irritating. Luckily, they were able to locate a Lyft vehicle, but still--the principal of the matter was quite puzzling. More

I was looking to purchase the Toyota Camry Nightshade and found one was in transit to this location. I texted customer service and was messaged back about the status of this vehicle. I took my car in on Wednesday 8/11, at 8:45 for a 1200 service appointment. By 5 pm I had not heard from my Service advisor. So I call and left a message. I finally heard back from my service advisor. Thi service appointment. By 5 pm I had not heard from my Service advisor. So I call and left a message. I finally heard back from my service advisor. This person told me a couple of things, First that some how my vehicle had manage to sit around all day without anyone taking note that nothing had been done. Second that somehow my vehicle had been assigned to some one who either had to leave work was not scheduled to work that day, can someone please tell me how something like this possible?!? As a result Toyota kept my vehicle overnight, but did manage to get the service done on the following day, Thursday 8/12. Yes I would still recommend this service center as I have always had good service up until this point, provide they do something to correct this issue so that other customers don't have the same experience More
