Everything went well as it always does. This is why I buy and service my Rav 4 's here. Only problem is that you often send out a salesman who says he has a good deal for a new one and offers me a ridiculo and service my Rav 4 's here. Only problem is that you often send out a salesman who says he has a good deal for a new one and offers me a ridiculously low price for mine that has 13,000 miles. It is good, kept up very well, new tires etc.. It has always been very insulting being treated like an idiot woman, with these so called good offers. You let someone do this everytime! We are not all willing to give away our good used car! My new one will come from another Toyota place when I actually do get an honest sale. More

The person at finance who dealt with my sale was a big liar and i really didn't like doing business with him. My salesman was great. Every time i go in for a service Paul H. is great.
