The oil change, tire rotation, and recall notice was done perfectly. If the service department was the only thing rated. I would give them six stars out of five. Every day leading up to my appointment. I either received a text or email about trading my truck in. On day one I said I was not interested. That should of stopped all further texts and emails. But it didn’t. Day after day ,text after text, email after email ,they kept on harassing me over trading in my truck. So the sales department actually should be rated 0 out of five stars for harassment. More

Every time I go I think I'll give it another try. I will not again! Appointments mean nothing. I have 2016 with 21,000 miles. The first thing that happens a salesman comes flying over to make me a gr I will not again! Appointments mean nothing. I have 2016 with 21,000 miles. The first thing that happens a salesman comes flying over to make me a great deal if I trade her in. I am not interested! My appointment for service was at 1:30pm. I thought I'd be out in an hour. I am a diabetic and have to schedule my meals. Nothing in machines but junk. I agreed to more work and was told it would done by 4pm. At 4:15pm I began to shake. I found my "advisor" and she was checking in other people but assured me my car was ready and she'd be right with me. At 4:30pm I went to register she said she couldn't help a man offered to help and got my slip. I then tried to buy a year's worth of service, the cashier said it was above her paid grade and I had to speak to my "advisor". By the time I left I felt harassed, lied too and desperate for a healthy meal. No customer service. More
