He is honest and very knowledgeable too! I am a woman who has owned new trucks most of my life for business and pleasure and there are always men in service centers that want to try and take advantage and assume I am not knowledgeable and they are not honest and try and take advantage not knowing I know more than they do! Gary never once has been misleading or taken advantage of questions! He and Rex(retired) were like family and provided outstanding service!!
