Just moved to the area so this was my first time in. At first, it was very disorganized when I pulled into the service lane. It took quite some time for anyone to even greet me and ask if I needed assistance. I did have an appt. that I had made online the day before. Once someone finally greeted me, they took some time to look in the system and figure out what advisor I was assigned to. Once we got to this part of the process, things went smoother as my advisor, Raquel, did an amazing job getting me updated on my current service that was due and everything it entailed. She also kept me updated throughout the service on timing. I would suggest a revamp of the intake process and customer service training for the frontline employees as it was disappointing until I met Raquel. I'd be happy to consult on how to take care of your customers upon arrival. More
My service attendant Jonathan was very good, explained different things I needed to know. Came in for a tire replacement but a light was still coming on from a previous visit. Rocky was my service advisor and she was very thorough, my service was for a thermostat and the part had to be ordered. I have an extended warranty and she ordered a rental car for my use while the car pa my service was for a thermostat and the part had to be ordered. Michael made this the easiest and best car buying experience ever! He listened to what we wanted in a car and helped find the exact car. No pressure, just helpful good service. He was much more knowledgeable than the showroom sales people. Even after the sale he extended his help with any questions on the car. We will never go back to "in person" shopping for a car and deal with the indifference we experienced when visiting the showroom. We received the same great service from the finance person (sorry, forgot his name) when signing papers for the car. More
I brought my Tacoma in for a recall issue which was supposed to take up three hours and ended taking six. When I received the truck back the a/c was down as low as it could possibly be, a/c vents turne supposed to take up three hours and ended taking six. When I received the truck back the a/c was down as low as it could possibly be, a/c vents turned in all directions, had to readjust seat and it smelled like fast food. I noticed by the odometer it had been driven a little over a mile. These may seem like trivial things to some, but I did not care for them. As for my service adviser, no complaints, was very professional. More
