Unrelated to this service call, I called the service center twice and requested a call back because no service manager was available regarding a question I had about connecting my phone map to my 2021 Sienna. I never received a response from either call. Not sure why, but I was disappointed in their lack of response. I resolved the problem with a call to Verizon so this in no way reflects on this service call. More
