She was very caring and expericance with Raquel in the service department. I had a lot of quetions that she answered promptly and very professoinaly. She was very caring and patient with me and when my husband took our car in, she explained everything being done in great detail. I recommend everyone of my family and friends to AutoNation because from buying our new car to getting service every 6 months, they always take care of you as if you were family. More

I purchased a preowned vehicle on 1/29/22. As part of the purchase process, the dealership offers several extended/additional warranty options to buy. I typically purchase an extended warranty from my credit purchase process, the dealership offers several extended/additional warranty options to buy. I typically purchase an extended warranty from my credit union for a far lower price than the dealer offers, but I was unable to check the price with them since they weren't open on Sunday. I asked if I could make any warranty purchase decisions the following day and was told the warranties were only available at the offered prices at the time of the sale. So I purchased 2 items with the assurance that I would receive a refund if I didn't need them after I talked to my credit union. Needless to say, my credit union offered a full-coverage warranty package for less than half the cost of the dealer's warranties. So on Feb 2 I began contacting Auto Nation to cancel the 2 plans I purchased from them and get my refund. To date I have made 9 calls and 2 texts, but all I have is a promise from Keith (who sold me the warranty) that he would call me on 2/8. Today is the 11th, and despite my follow-up calls and texts on the 9th and 10, I haven't heard from him at all. I felt like I was a valued customer when I left the dealership on 1/29. On 2/11, I feel like I am not worth the time of day to them. This would have been a 5-star review based on my sales interaction with James Molinari. James is the only person who returned my call, even though he couldn't help me with this issue. However, messages left with his manager and the warranty sales person were not returned, and my inability to get my money refunded as promised is reflected in my 2-star review. Since AutoNation wants my honest review by today in order to be entered into a chance to win $100 in gas gift cards, here it is. I will continue to escalate this issue until I get my money back. More
