I had a great experience working with Vanessa Talbert & Alex L. Vanessa was prompt to email me back the same day about the 4Runner I was interested in. She was also very personable when we met the next day to pickup the vehicle. No pressure, it was really the most laid back car buying experience I could have asked for. I worked with Alex L., to review the sale/go over warranties. Alex was awesome too. It takes a while for me to understand how the interest/final purchase price will work with my budget and Alex let me work the numbers out and was able to offer different insight that I did not consider. The used car director also checked in with us at the end of the purchase. I didn’t get his name but he was very nice and congratulated us on the new purchase. Hope was my service rep and she made the process effortless. She was friendly and worked to make the process as seamlessly as possible. Although I do not frequent AN often, I was disappointed to see they discontinued donuts. Without donuts I did not want to hangout. Usually I walk around the show room looking at the new cars but without donuts I did not feel like sticking around. Something to think about. I will see you again when Toyota offers zero percent financing once again. One last thing. When I dropped off my car I noticed the service department was full of employees but not once did someone suggest how long I was to wait for Matthew or where to wait.
