I have a 6 year old Rav 4 with roughly 21,000. I know you want to buy her back. I brought her in for service on 03/03/22 instead being greeted by an adviser, I was greeted by a salesman. When someone says no they should walk away. Every time I bring her in for service a salesman tries to whisk me off. Once I was in tears. No more, I now say give me your card and if I decide to buy I'll call you. This salesman returned with his card and a deal good for 72 hours. He then asked me what day I was born in January to which I responded how do you know my birthday is in January? He said I know everything about you. Very comforting for a single woman and this day and age of identity theft. He then told me his birthday is January 16th, who cares? Then the adviser comes, I don't know why I made an appointment every body just moves up in the line they're in. She explains that she doesn't take people to her desk anymore and she takes pictures and sends me to waiting area. She finds me and I agree to about $2100.00 of work and was told it would be done at 4pm. At 4:15pm I began to shake. I found my "advisor" and she was checking in other people but assured me my car was ready and she'd be right with me. At 4:30pm I went to register she said she couldn't help a man offered to help and got my slip. I then tried to buy a year's worth of service, the cashier said it was above her paid grade and I had to speak to my "advisor". By the time I left I felt harassed, lied too and desperate for a healthy meal. No customer service. Today I called the dealership to talk to the General manager per email, there is no prompt for this nor was I given a name. The person that answered the call said she didn't know where to direct my call yet another problem. She finally sent me to a vm. I have purchased 4 cars here. I will not buy another nor will I bring my car in for service.
