I called to set up an appt. I requested I be called back to check my warranty. The rep returned my call, but I was shopping and couldn't give her my vin no. People were very nice. Service department listened and didn’t prejudge. Leased a new car, managers were friendly. My trade value was fair. Disappointed not getting my SUV on time like promised my 4th vehicle at PP. great service though and on time for the most part. Will return in January of next year hopefully with my new highlander and will be at PP Toyota for service because there the best. However, l don’t care who you want to blame for these vehicles being held up in Jacksonville FL. You can start with this screwed up administration In the WH for all the problems in the automobile industry and everything else that they are destroying in this country. But it doesn’t change how Toyota has put a bad taste in my mouth for the last 4 months. This whole thing has been a nightmare for my wife and l which leaves with this. I will never go through this type of situation again for l will never purchase another vehicle from Toyota or anyone else for that matter just to avoid another bad experience. I’ll drive this SUV until the wheels fall off and by then I’ll be to old to drive so it won’t matter. I’m done buying new vehicles just be of somebody’s screw up. And it doesn’t whos fault you dump it on. Bottom line, the consumer gets the shaft! I’m the guy paying for it to. More

***UPDATE IN REGARDS TO MY CAR ISSUE. I was able to get in contact with the General Manager of such location Mr.Chafik Amrani and Mr. Sam Souryal and Mr. Amrani offered to pay for the ded I was able to get in contact with the General Manager of such location Mr.Chafik Amrani and Mr. Sam Souryal and Mr. Amrani offered to pay for the deductible of my repairs to my car which I thought was great since he realized I was very upset and for those reasons I have edited my review. Again Thank you for understanding and keeping your word. My car is now fixed. ***UPDATE in regards to my car FIAT 500 I am still dealing with the nightmare of it shutting down while I am driving out of nowhere so I call the dealer AutoNation to no avail I took it on Sat April 23 since no one gets back to me in regards to this nightmare car and that was also a waste of time since they sold me a car that their mechanics are not certified to work on. Who sells a car that they cannot fix at their dealership? This car has really stressed me out. So now I have to risk the drive to the only dealership that can try and figure out what is wrong with this car. I am so upset with this whole issue and of course, the guy Kevin who sold me the car never returns my call or the service manager. This is ridiculous already. This car has become a hazard already. If I could give them a zero I would but to leave a review and to update I must leave a rating. Kevin was an amazing Dealer, he had the vehicle ready to be seen as I got there we test drove it and I loved its easy paperwork and the car was mine. **UPDATE I had an issue with my car still do for some reason it keeps stalling on me and they don't seem to know what the heck it is or try to fix it at the beginning of the first time and second times I called the guy who sold me the car he was great and returning the call third time read the email and text message and never got back to me. No, I am not a happy customer. More
