Bought a used car and 6 weeks later still don’t have my new license plate. Professed to be competent acquiring out of state registration and tags. Turns out they sent all original documents to bank and d new license plate. Professed to be competent acquiring out of state registration and tags. Turns out they sent all original documents to bank and didn’t keep digital or hard copies for their files. Supervisor had to come to house a month after purchase to replace- do all paperwork. Everyone keeps passing the buck, and o have called dealer at least 12 times to follow up had I not - all would have gone unattended!!! Not professional, not proficient. More

Located an expensive repair problem during routine maintenance weeks before the warranty expired. My ride is good to go and I'm happy with the dealers attention to detail. maintenance weeks before the warranty expired. My ride is good to go and I'm happy with the dealers attention to detail. More
Sad what Dealers are doing now days. Went in for Oil change, stand stuff one would infer...oil and filter, gasket. Nope, at AutoNation they add PP115 SDC Add-on for $11 (aka motor oil Went in for Oil change, stand stuff one would infer...oil and filter, gasket. Nope, at AutoNation they add PP115 SDC Add-on for $11 (aka motor oil treatment). I doubt my 2020 Toyota Highlander Hybrid manual indicates such is required. That was in addition to the normal synthetic oil replaced. Initially my net cost was $71.85 and that was after a $25 coupon from a different dealership. I asked why so much and was told the price of oil changes has gone up. Lori Dezern, she was professional, went over the bill with me and though starting at the front page proceed to detail information on second page. I said wait a minute, what is the $11 fee on the front page about. Well...of course that is what they add to oil changes now days and don't inform the customer they did it or inform them it is an $11 extra charge item. I then had that fee removed (gave me $12 refund). You know, I got to tell you, when I pay $44k plus for a suv I will be dammed if I want a Dealership adding oil treatments to my engine and not give me the option to decline prior to doing so. Now I need to go see them and find out what the heck they put in my engine and google it to see if any bad side effects might occur (one would hope not). On top of all this, I had an AutoNation coupon for a $42.99 oil change that I forgot I had at home and failed to bring with me that day. Service, normally, is good at this Dealership, barring one minor issue with wait time and the other time they screwed up and did not install a 2nd part for a trailer hitch (they reimbursed me for the cost of that job) but it made me miss a evening with family while on vacation and caused additional travel day/time and mileage to double back to a dealer place I left the travel trailer. so they could order the part..what a pain that experience was. I realize dealerships make more on service then selling cars (prior covid) though they lost me forever after getting $2k less then their nada trade-in values sheet indicated when I traded in my prior prius and ridgeline (am certain they made a killing on both when they sold them).
