We highly recommend AutoNation Toyota Pinellas Park! We had been to another Toyota dealer a few miles north on Route 19 and were basically told that they were charging us thousands of dollars more on o We had been to another Toyota dealer a few miles north on Route 19 and were basically told that they were charging us thousands of dollars more on our new RAV4 "because they can". We were appalled and left right away! We worried we would find the same issues elsewhere because of the shortage of cars these days, but at AutoNation they assured us that they do not do that. We were given a very good price for our trade and given a straight deal on our new car and paid just what we expected to pay, no hidden (or blatant) extra fees thankfully. Everyone treated us fairly and respectfully and we were especially happy with our salesman, Yassine Morjani, who was very nice and seemed to truly care about us. The finance guy, Brad, was also very helpful and knowledgable. We love our RAV4 hybrid, the mileage is amazing! More

Went to this dealer for the 1st time for 60000 mile service on my 2016 Camry. The Service Advisor, Johnathan Matz, tried to sell me several unnecessary additional services before looking at my car, in service on my 2016 Camry. The Service Advisor, Johnathan Matz, tried to sell me several unnecessary additional services before looking at my car, including rebalancing 4 tires and a front end alignment. He said Toyota recommends an alignment every 15,000 miles. (I later checked with Toyota and found it is not true.) The extra services would have cost more than $400. The Multi Point Inspection they performed showed "THE TIRES ARE IN GREAT CONDITION". This dealer tried to take advantage of an elderly out of state customer. They should be reprimanded by Toyota.
