This last weekend I reached out to AN Toyota in search of a hard to come by Sienna Limited van for my parents. While I currently work for a luxury auto brand in Sarasota, I called into the dealer like any ot a hard to come by Sienna Limited van for my parents. While I currently work for a luxury auto brand in Sarasota, I called into the dealer like any other customer and had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Marissa Casanova. She listened to what I needed and immediately got to searching for it even though they are far and few between with how the car market is right now. WOW! She took on the challenge instead of brushing me off and saying “good luck” like most others would say. She texted and emailed me over the options she had and gave me all the information I needed. Marissa was kind, welcoming and smart! Although my family and I have a major time restraint on purchasing this vehicle and could not purchase the unit Marissa found for us, I need to praise her hard work.
