Mr, Colin Mackiewicz never call as promised about my concern of my complaint of someone going through my personal compartment, center console in my 2019 Tundra. My dash cam recorded Jason the service tech who performed the work. Grease all over my door,center console and all over the front bumper area where the work was performed. The overall experience was great until Finance treated my car as a trade-in on paperwork instead as a sale to the dealership. I had a USAA pre-approval, and they sent the check into USAA as if I had traded car as a trade-in on paperwork instead as a sale to the dealership. I had a USAA pre-approval, and they sent the check into USAA as if I had traded in the vehicle. I then had to go back to USAA and get a second loan for the car. I now have 2 loans for the 2021 RAV 4. Dealership ultimately paid me the agreed upon cash for the 2019 Jeep Renegade. My wife loves the car! More
