We thank you for reaching out. I have already tried reaching out to you dealership manager his name was Sam. He was very pleasant and accommodating, and set up an appointment with us Saad the next day we drove back, sat down, even though we explained all these items were added in without our knowledge, and said we signed the paperwork. There was nothing he could do. If you want to make this, right, I’m sure you have my phone number on our paperwork. Please give me a call. Please review our sales agreement over $7000 an extra as was added in. This ihas hurt our family..
