Went in for an out change with an appointment and they told me it would be at least 3 hours before they could get my car done because they overbooked. Rescheduled and came back another day where the oil c told me it would be at least 3 hours before they could get my car done because they overbooked. All you have to do is pull up and one of the guys come out to you and say how can we help you. They are always nice and friendly.
