This dealership was a lot less crowded / busy than the Toyota dealership closer to my house. This allowed me to get a brand new Sienna in 1 month versus the 4-5 month wait list that everyone else was expe Toyota dealership closer to my house. They were easy to get in touch with because they provided their contact numbers I could text or call whenever needed. I was even able to FaceTime one of the employees when I couldn’t figure out something on my Sienna after I brought it home instead of having to drive 2 hours to get to the dealership. I did take away a star because my original salesman had quit and I was given a new sales man while waiting for the arrival of my car so there was a point where communication got a little muddled but still by far one of the best experiences I’ve had buying a car in my adult life. More

Bought 2022 Toyota Rav 4 & gas mileage is not what they are advertising and brought up to the service personal and they said everything looks ok. And it’s Not. Two different service advisors on two different occasions attempted to sell unneeded and unnecessary major high cost repairs. I recognize that Dealers pressure service advisors to upsell, but there is a maj attempted to sell unneeded and unnecessary major high cost repairs. I recognize that Dealers pressure service advisors to upsell, but there is a major difference between quoting what is needed, and attempting to sell additional services vs recommending major work that is unnecessary at high cost. Honesty and trust are key here. The conflict of interest presented with service advisors on commission may be too big a temptation for some advisors. I would hope that this conduct is not supported from the top down. My experience with this Dealer's service center is graded F so far. More
