We are quick to complain when things are not to our liking, but we don't usually offer praise when things are done right. My recent experience at AutoNation was beyond my expectations. I expected to have to fight off being pressured to buy a new vehicle but that never happened. Gary was very polite and professional in his handling of the servicing of my vehicle. P.S. I did miss the donuts that were offered in the pre-pandemic waiting area! More

Staff was friendly and didn't "Push" with all the extra's at closing (but they were offered). The only issue I encountered with them was that they were a tad bit confused about the Toyota Car and the Platinu at closing (but they were offered). The only issue I encountered with them was that they were a tad bit confused about the Toyota Car and the Platinum coverage for the oil changes (The first is free and the second you pay for since it was added by SE Toyota).
