The dealership has gone down. The customer service is not like it used to be. I had an appointment to get my truck serviced and also received a recall letter in the mail so, I The customer service is not like it used to be. His response was " THATS GOING TO TAKE A LONG TIME"! I explained to him that I was okay with that because it needed bto be done.
