The salesperson I met with was nice and approachable, but the sales manager reviewed how much I owed and basically told me that I received a bad financing deal and that I should owe as much as I do on my car the sales manager reviewed how much I owed and basically told me that I received a bad financing deal and that I should owe as much as I do on my car. Yesterday's service rep, Gary, was not up to your normal high standards. He demonstrated no interest in being attentive to the customer and providing good service. He sent a text at 3:16 that my vehicle was ready to go. For some reason I did not get the text until 3:48. It is stupefuying to me that after a couple minutes of me not responding to his text he did not walk the 20 - 30 steps necessary to inform me my car was ready. It is possible he came during the couple minutes I was in the restroom but if he did come and not find me I would think he might have considered the possibility I was in the restroom and come back again in a few minutes to let me know my car was ready. Time is valuable and the apparent lazinesss of the service rep caused me to waste a half hour of time sitting in your waiting area when my car was ready to go. More

Took over 2 hours for a scheduled tire rotation. Also was told they recommended over $800 of work that I had done previously that they should of been able to see through Toyota records.
