Andre was awesome. He helped every step of the way with the purchase of my new RAV4. Awful. Had to get a tow from dealership from another source. Bakes put on May 2022 still having problems. Gary and Colin exemplified rude and unprofessional practices. Sorry we purchased vehicle from them. Cannot trust their word or workmanship. Husband and I returned to complain to Manager Matt. Matt test drove with us and discovered a noise with brakes. Will return Tuesday next week to check it out again. Matt was very attentive, listened to our complaint attempting to resolve our issue.
