Yes, I would like to thank Adam once again for being so very sweet and so very knowledgeable and kind to me as I went through the process of buying my new car. He actually listened to what I wanted in a car and got exactly the SUV that I really wanted, he made it happen for me which was very important because it meant that he actually cared about the customer he was taking care of and that he was actually listening which showed he cared that I got the SUV that I wanted and not one that I would just settle for. He knows how to talk to customers in a way to actually get to know them, know what they want and then find a way to get it for them. He always found a way to get any kind of answers for me that I may have had and always had a great attitude about him while working with me. I can actually say that this was one of the best buying experiences that I've had in over a decade, with absolutely no regrets about my purchase. Because Adam made me feel very confident about what I was doing and what I was purchasing. It was a well worth investment that I made, and I am very proud to say that Adam is the one that made it happen! He's the one that took the time to make sure that I was happy with my purchase and that I would not have any regrets. When we talked he always made sure that I was very pleased with what I was looking at even though we had to look at one car for the outside color and a different car for the inside color which was still going to be a little off from the color I was going to be receiving. But by that point I trusted him enough to know what he was talking about and he knew enough about me by that point to know exactly what I was looking for. And he sure did! Because I got exactly what I wanted with not one regret of doing so without seeing the entire SUV first.I feel very blessed to have worked with Adam in getting my brand new SUV.
