Work was done quickly and they checked over my brakes & etc., and told me all was well. Everybody I had contact were nice, friendly, and helpful. My repeated complaints are ignored. The last four oil changes, I had oil dripping on the garage floor. Brought car back and was told the oil was not cleaned up properly. So, why then The last four oil changes, I had oil dripping on the garage floor. Brought car back and was told the oil was not cleaned up properly. So, why then is there a rag and supplies charge on the bill? Is that sloppy work or inter-departmental communication failure, or both? The same happens when attendants top up fluids - use a funnel when adding corrosive fluids such as coolant to reservoir. I await correction for upcoming oil change in November? More
