8/24/2022 - I spoke with Chafik Amrani, General Manager, regarding unprofessional practices by Gary and Colin, which was discussed in details, and also, poor workmanship by the service department on brakes regarding unprofessional practices by Gary and Colin, which was discussed in details, and also, poor workmanship by the service department on brakes that were put on near the end of May 2022 and was still having problems until today, 8/24/2022. After discussion and research in the matter, Chafik included Lori Dezern, Service Drive Manager into the matter. At the conclusion of the discussion our vehicle was taken care of appropriately and the atmosphere remained friendly and reassuring of the professional standards that any customer would expect.
