My car has been mess up, drained the break fluid and I was told it can be fixed for $2,000. I was told my car is not drivable, but I drove my car to the dealership that day,, was waiting and waiting from was told it can be fixed for $2,000. And I take my car to a different shop and my car was fixed and now perfectly in running good condition Actually this is my second time that I am disappointed with the services provided, The last time my car was diagnosed wrong. Was diagnosed for the sensor but I bought the parts and the problem never go away, we called them the super yams diagnosed again and the issue is air pump So that’s it not going back to this dealership again in Pinellas park Toyota More

I had a coupon for a free oil change that AutoNation sent over to me so I wanted to use it before it expired, but I also needed new tires. I called on Friday morning and a few hours later, I received a call over to me so I wanted to use it before it expired, but I also needed new tires. I called on Friday morning and a few hours later, I received a call from Lori D., one of the service reps over there. She gave me quotes on the exact tires I was looking for and she was able to get them into the shop the very next day. Compared to the Toyota Dealership where I live, here in Lakeland, I appreciate the honesty and that Lori acted with urgency. I had tried to get new tires a couple of months ago with Lakeland Toyota, and was told the tires would be in only to find out after waiting four hours for a simple servicing that the tires were actually not going to be there. Long story short, I didn't mind waiting three hours for my oil change and for the tires to get put on because Lori set expectations with me before starting any of the work. The only thing I think these dealerships need are rooms where someone can take a nap while waiting for their car. Other than that, nice job! More
