My services experiences at AutoNation Toyota Pinellas Park have been steadily declining. I have been a services customer since 2013. I began having bad experiences with the detailing shop about 2 years ago. My last couple of details were a rushed sloppy job, and incomplete (never did the roof). I no longer have my vehicle detailed there.. Regarding service, if you are lucky enough to get a service tech that is experienced and knows what they are doing - great. But if you don't and you want something done that is not already on their drop down menu expect a frustrating experience. At my most recent visit I was told "3 hours" for a tire rotation, oil change, and to have the propellor shaft lubed and tightened. I was there for 5.5 hours, and then the service tech said my bill was over $700. Clearly he had no idea what he was doing - when I pushed back my bill went to $325. I find that the Service Management is scarce and not willing to talk with you. Too bad they don't operate like their Lexus Dealership. More

He was patient and answered all my questions so I knew I was getting a great deal. The finance manager, Barrington P , was patient, professional yet personable and gave me great options on a warranty package. Overall, they were extremely helpful and took the time to explain things to me. They wanted to make sure I understood every part of the process every step of the way.
