Jeff Sutliff was very good in helping me. So I thank Jeff he kept on giving me updates on his progress. Again 5 hours. What concerned me the most when I first got there the “valet” was frustrating I told him I thought I had a issue with at least one of my back tires, because my sensor light kept on coming on. He said he would put air in my tires. I told him I still felt there was a issues and wanted my two back tires checked. I knew the valet was trying to make light of my situation even when I told him I was planning a trip in a few days. He said “I put air in your tires so sensor light will now go out” Reluctantly he put a number on my car and disappeared. About 15 minutes later Jeff came by and asked me if I have been helped and I told him what was going on. Jeff took all the information he told me the tires would be checked. He later came back to me and told me they found nails in the two back tires. He was going to start working on the warranty. I thank Jeff for believing me that I had a problem. I have owned 4 Toyota’s 3 were bought at your location. I understand you were short staff that afternoon but what if I had got on the road with two bad tires. Thank you Jeff! More

Arrived at 08:15 for 08:30 appointment for an oil change. At 10:00 my Tacoma was still in parking lot. After telling the service advisor, my truck was taken into the service pit. Worst service I’ve ever had there … 3 different employees came to me , and each man said the same thing … checking me in . Obviously no one talks to each other and they did not hear me speak . The first service man Robert was not professional and was degrading to what I said and to his co worker John . Luis chose not to hear a word I said . I was called in for a Battery holder recall . When I was there last, no one said a word about the recall . I recently threw the paperwork away… then I got called in for what could have been checked and Stickered my last service appointment. The staff communication was terrible and an extra appointment that was no covered previously. More
