First time there. Very nice reception when I arrived. I decided to wait while my vehicle was being serviced and I had my dog with me. The dealer sent and called me multiple times for my oil change and I scheduled an appointment. The service person Gary, was less than friendly and was condecending letting me know he needed my number to te change and I scheduled an appointment. The service person Gary, was less than friendly and was condecending letting me know he needed my number to text in case I was in the little girls room. He said it would take about an hour and it took 2 hours and 15 minutes for an oil change. That was a rediculous amount of time to waste to get oil changed when you have an appointment. Not happy with the service but maybe that is the price I paid for using the special they offered me for the oil change. Once he said I was done, I waited another 10 minutes outside until the valet realized he didnt have my key then went to get my car-poor service. More
