Normally very good. Mechanic staffing issues this time ( tech training, sicknesses) resulting in long wait for service (oil change and brake check). Long wait for part (ABS actuator for brakes) but this is due to age of van (2004). Pricey, but did get a break on the cost, and coupon honored. I had a few issues on previous service visits. When I brought this to the attention of the Service Manager he took the time to listen and then addresses each of my issues. On my next service visit he personally made sure that things were done to my satisfaction. Hopefully the areas that were lacking have been permanently resolved so that I won't have a repeat of my bad experience. More
I purchased my car completely over the phone from out of state, they had what I wanted. Like most businesses today, the younger generation has no clue on how to handle themselves with people, present a state, they had what I wanted. Larry Drake, on the other hand, was upfront, attentive and straight to the point. Their dealerships seems extremely busy and Larry always got back to me, even if he had to call after hours. Except for a little longer wait than expected to release my car to my boyfriend who flew down to drive it to Illinois, everything was seamless. They even picked my boyfriend up from the airport which was most appreciated. More

1. Service Advisor was not a good communicator. 2. Oil change took 2 1/2 hours 3. Car was returned and sounded and handled rougher, was vibrating. (Car was returned for further assistance) 4. 8/24/2022 - I spoke with Chafik Amrani, General Manager, regarding unprofessional practices by Gary and Colin, which was discussed in details, and also, poor workmanship by the service department on brakes regarding unprofessional practices by Gary and Colin, which was discussed in details, and also, poor workmanship by the service department on brakes that were put on near the end of May 2022 and was still having problems until today, 8/24/2022. After discussion and research in the matter, Chafik included Lori Dezern, Service Drive Manager into the matter. At the conclusion of the discussion our vehicle was taken care of appropriately and the atmosphere remained friendly and reassuring of the professional standards that any customer would expect. Great Job!! At this point, I feel at ease and will return for continued services. J & M More
