Not only did I get the best deal, it didn't stop there. I needed to return for some help with the media screen. The customer service I received from Bill Tracey was beyond service first. I called to see if he was there and he met me, walked out to my brand new Rave4 fixed the problem. He took his time and explained what I was missing. I haven't had a problem since.
