I felt the hard sell pressure from the service advisor, and I was surprised by the total final charges which was a lot higher than I was told. Some charges were not communicated upfront. One of the service items was incorrect (I requested item A and got item B done instead). When I confronted the advisor, I was simply told “that was what you told me”. A very nice service manager there helps to save this review a 2 stars instead of 1. More

Owning a Toyota is a great experience, but knowing that you purchased it from an outstanding dealership is even better! The service personnel are friendly, helpful and ready to address any concern. I stopped in because the tire pressure light was on. I was promptly greeted and a friendly technician wheeled over equipment to check and fill my tires to the correct level. I never left my car! It took minutes and I was on my way! That’s great customer service!! More
