I went in to replace my battery which was under warranty dealership tried to tell me my alternator was bad, I then took my car home and they would not do anything unless I got a different alternator so I to dealership tried to tell me my alternator was bad, I then took my car home and they would not do anything unless I got a different alternator so I took my car and had it checked out by three other people Brought it back two weeks later. Let the dealership know my alternator is fine. It was a miracle because now their mechanic was saying my alternator was good. So on this visit they replaced my battery that was under warranty. They did try to upsell me again. Please get a second opinion always. I don’t trust these mechanics and we can clearly see why.. I spoke to Matt the service manager and he tried to assure me this is not what they do from my experience you can clearly see that’s what they were trying to do get me to spend money on something I didn’t need. Everything went as expected for my oil change. My service tech Gary was very efficient and got me in and out. Same consistent service I always get from him. Thanks Gary and team - job well done! I waited 25 minutes in my car before a team member took over. The team member assigned to me appeared stressed and was abrupt. Later on on she warmed up.
