I purchased the tire protection package when I purchased my Toyota. I made appointment to have nail removed. Robert stated I needed to have 4 new tires. Tire protection plan could not be used the thread on my Toyota. I made appointment to have nail removed. Robert stated I needed to have 4 new tires. Tire protection plan could not be used the thread on tire too worn. Ok , so give me my keys so I can be on my way. He Stated I need to wait and sign paperwork. You did nothing to my car. I don’t need to sign nothing, you didn’t service my car. He refused to give me my car until I sign paperwork. Got the manager thinking she gonna make me sign paperwork. Long story short! Please train your staff, as a customer I can refuse to sign paperwork. Manager called someone else which told them to give me paperwork. No signature needed . Like really you going to refuse to give me my car. The nerve of your staff. Two days later I went somewhere else and purchase 4 new tires. Not sure if I’ll ever bring my car back to PP Toyota again. Remind you I paid $498 for tire package. Which through the 6 1/2 years they replaced 1 tire. Very disappointed in last visit! Not even deserving 1 star. More

I recently spent a very enjoyable afternoon dealing with the team at AutoNation Toyota purchasing a 2016 Corvette Stingray. Met with James Molinari, who took me out for a test drive. He explained the loads the team at AutoNation Toyota purchasing a 2016 Corvette Stingray. Met with James Molinari, who took me out for a test drive. He explained the loads of technology that is on car today and was very knowledgeable how things work. We sat back down and worked on a deal to make the purchase. He brought in Jim Eicher, who work with me on the numbers and we were able to strike a very fair deal on the car. I then sat down with Alex and completed paper work for financing. He was very pleasant and walked me thru the process expeditiously. I purchased the vehicle and drove it home an hour later. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and was by far the most enjoyable purchase of a car that I have ever made. High recommend the team at Auto Nation if your are in the market for a car. More
