Warmly greeted for my service appointment within 1 minute of my arrival by Robert and Kyle. After brief consult of desire services (oil change, etc) they gave new an estimate of 1 hour to complete, which sub of my arrival by Robert and Kyle. My 2008 Prius died on me on the side of the skyway bridge. After towing it to a nearby shop I decided that the repairs just weren’t worth the cost of the car anymore. I began looking to sell it and ca bridge. After towing it to a nearby shop I decided that the repairs just weren’t worth the cost of the car anymore. I began looking to sell it and called AutoNation Toyota because I had taken the car there a few times before and had always been treated well. On the phone I explained exactly what was wrong with the car and was honest in telling them the body was in rough shape ( rust, scratches, etc) and the car would have to be towed there because of the broken sensors. They gave me a written quote for $1000 which I though was fair, so I had the car towed over there. Once I arrived they quickly dropped the price to $500 saying that I hadn’t given them enough detail on the phone before. I had told them about all body damage, what was broken on the car and even the cost the other shop had told me the repairs would cost. Once I had the car there though I was stuck and they knew it. They wouldn’t budge on the $500 price point even though I was looking to buy something new from them. I felt very taken advantage of and this really deterred me from buying from them. Very disappointed in this dealership which I once loved and even recommended to others in the area. More

The sales lady was great but I'm a little disappointed that when I called and left a message I never got a call back. When they replaced my windshield wipers they cracked my window and I wanted to let the that when I called and left a message I never got a call back.
