I recently purchased a new car and had a good purchasing experience. This is my second car from this dealership, but I would not recommend the dealer because I'm frustrated that I did not receive two keys f experience. I do not have a timeline for how long it will take. I do not have a good feeling that my issue is being worked. I am told to be patient, but I just bought a new car and need to share it with my wife. That is not easy when there is only one key. I would have given five stars if I had a second key. I was told I could have another key made but I would be responsible for buying the second key. It seems like if you buy a new car you should get two keys. More

She listened to my needs and showed me cars that checked all the boxes I wanted. Brian and Michael in finance were amazing. Again, I went in with an approval from my bank and an interest rate I thought was really good considering todays rates and they were able to beat it by 2 points!
