So far AutoNation is better than some Auto Dealers I had been dealing with. Staff at Sales Dept for Used Vehicles are nice and helpful. I noticed that our 2017 Highlander had some brake noise and we were leaving for a road trip on Sunday and it was Friday. I contacted my service manager, Gary P., and he told me to bring it right in. Service was done in a timely manner. However, when I went to retrieve my vehicle, there were numerous workers standing around, playing on their phones and talking to each other.
