Customer service was wonderful, I was kept informed! Chris also explained to me all my husband's concerns. What was extremely helpful he took time to explain the time delay due to the amount of customer Chris also explained to me all my husband's concerns. During this time they are extremely empathetic and value their customers time by being upfront and honest about the time delays that they are experiencing with the amount of volume with the community.
