My. Recent experience was the best yet. My appointments are always really good. But this was the best yet. 5:45 on a Sat. Night and I pull in with a n Recent experience was the best yet. My appointments are always really good. But this was the best yet. 5:45 on a Sat. Night and I pull in with a nail in my left front tire wall that a neighbor plugged to get me there. My regular person was not available so I worked with Michael. And wam bam -The tire was off , the rear tire Was on the front and the donut was on. The next morning Michael found a new tire that was moderately priced so while I was there, changed the oil. And I left 1 and a half hours later with again a healthy car Safe and happy . Now that is a great dealership!!! More

Yes. Gregory is who saw me and helped me with my car. I did not have an appointment but when I got there with my car. They went to find someone and that is when Gregory came and he is very helpful, fast and sufficient and still an amazing job. He communicated at all times, and was very nice and helpful. Making sure that my car received the service that it needed in a timely manner. Knowing that I only have one car he was doing all that he could even with wanting to find me a rental. When he found out that my car would be ready by the end of the day he made sure to communicate that to me. I can go on and on with the amazing service from Gregory and the phenomenal service that he gave and that I received. I left very satisfied. Gregory also reassured me that if anything else goes wrong with me to reach out to him right away. Thank you Gregory for fast, sufficient and timely work and manner of how you handled everything because you did an amazing job.
