My wife and I contacted AutoNation Toyota of Pinellas Park, FL about possibly purchasing a new to us vehicle. We were connected with Connor. He was Awesome from the start! We made an appointment to vi Park, FL about possibly purchasing a new to us vehicle. We were connected with Connor. He was Awesome from the start! We made an appointment to visit the dealership on Wednesday, January 28th. When we arrived Connor was waiting for us. He is a Very Bright, Knowledgeable, and Enthusiastic Young Man who I would refer anyone who wants to buy a new or used vehicle to! The Buick Enclave that we looked at we loved it! Since it had only just recently arrived at their dealership it wasn't totally checked out yet. But Connor assured us that it had passed there preliminary inspection. So I took a test drive. I loved how it handled, and operated! So Connor said if we purchased the vehicle they would go over it completely, and make any necessary repairs. We agreed to purchase it, but they found that the shocks and struts needed replacement. So they did that, and all the necessary detailing. Unfortunately it was too late in the day to get it all done. So Connor arranged to let us borrow a rental car from their lot so we could drive back to Leesburg then return to AutoNation in Pinellas Park the next day. So thoughtful of him, and we're grateful of AutoNation Toyota for doing that for us. Due to the fact that our Jeep that we trading in was giving us problems. We returned Thursday, and all work was completed except replacement of the grill which I agreed to come back at a later date to have that done. The only reason it wasn't completed before we arrived was due to the fact that the parts store that they ordered the new grill from wasn't delivering it until the end of the day on Thursday. So we will go back to get that installed. Connor had all necessary paperwork completed , our vehicle registered, and insured. I can't thank him enough he was just totally awesome from start to finish! AutoNation of Pinellas Park Florida you are lucky to have a bright, ambitious, and knowledgeable young salesman on your staff! My wife and I want to thank all of you and especially Connor! Thank you very much! Connor you will go places and exceed beyond your wildest imagination I'm sure! Keep up the great work! More
lease see the details below regarding a serious issue with my recent Toyota purchase. In 2022, I purchased a new Toyota Tundra. After experiencing three separate recalls, I encountered an additional p with my recent Toyota purchase. In 2022, I purchased a new Toyota Tundra. After experiencing three separate recalls, I encountered an additional problem related to excessively high radiator temperature. After repeated recalls and concerns about safety, I decided to trade in my Tundra, fully aware that I would incur a financial loss. However, my priority has always been driving safe and reliable vehicles. On January 19, 2026, I traded in my 2022 Toyota Tundra (VIN: 2T3WFREV1JW506645) and purchased a 2026 Toyota bZ from Toyota of Pinellas. During the sales process, the sales representative, Christopher, informed me that charging the vehicle from empty to full using a Level 1 charger would take approximately 8–10 hours. Based on this information, I proceeded with the purchase. In reality, after charging the vehicle for 10 hours, the battery increased by less than 10%. At this rate, a full charge would require approximately 120–128 hours to achieve a driving range of about 250 miles, which is completely unreasonable and impractical. I returned the vehicle to Toyota of Pinellas, where I was informed that the car is “operating as designed.” I was then offered the option to trade in the 2026 Toyota bZ for $33,000, which would result in a loss of over $12,750 for me—solely because I do not wish to spend five days charging a vehicle to drive a normal distance. I have attached supporting documentation, including file “29.30”, which shows a remaining charging time of 29 hours and 30 minutes to reach only 23%, clearly demonstrating that a full charge would take approximately 128 hours. I have been a loyal Toyota customer since 1999 and continue to respect and value the Toyota brand. I sincerely hope that Toyota will stand behind its reputation for reliability and customer care and work with me to resolve this matter fairly, including a full refund or an appropriate remedy. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. Sincerely, Vladimir Borissov More
