In October I set up an appointment with a different Toyota dealership in Las Vegas looking for a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid. when i walked in I was transferred to a different representative who then did not sit Toyota dealership in Las Vegas looking for a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid. when i walked in I was transferred to a different representative who then did not sit down to discuss with me what i needed. i couldn't get information on cars coming in and just a statement that there was no inventory. it felt like I was pushed out because I was not ready to buy that day. I left and drove to Toyota Autonation which frankly is closer to where I live. i walked in and immediately was introduced and seated with Tal Gru and that experience was night and day. We talked through my needs, searched inventory, what was available and what was coming in and I found the car I wanted that was going to arrive 6 weeks later. there was no hard sell, no upselling and Tal knowledges of the industry and cars manufactured by Toyota in comparison to other models was professional, thorough and straightforward. I left a deposit and when my car arrived early in November the financing process, attention to detail and the customer service were a 10 on a 10 scale. Best decision i made was leaving Centennial Toyota and driving to Autonation that day. I will be a repeat customer in the future. More

He was very helpful and all though we were out of State he helped us through the process of our purchase of a 2024 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid Limited. from L He was very helpful and all though we were out of State he helped us through the process of our purchase of a 2024 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid Limited. from Las Vegas. it came in as promised and once the paperwork was competed, we shipped our Rav4 to our home in southern CA. he always answered our phone calls and E-Mails. the Rav4 arrived in perfect condition and was equipped the way we wanted. no mark up and extra things we did not want. as a side note We live in southern CA, the dealers here did not want to help us or order the RAV4 we wanted PLUS they all add a bunch of things on the SUV and that raises the price way over the sticker price. Vindictive saleswoman, service create problems to create life-long customers. I got a brake check and was informed they were good. 2 weeks later I needed to have them service(Due to finances I waited). Took life-long customers. Took my vehicle for brake change and 3 rims suffered deep gashes and scuff marks that were attributed to curbs that were not there prior to my service appointment. I sent pictures and was advised they were clearly old. Paleontologist can't get accurate dates based on carbon in bone, but these folks can look at a picture and tell how long a gash was on a tire. I wont return. More
