Terrible communication from Service Advisor, William. He failed to confirm when my cars service was complete and kept my vehicle in their shop for another night. When I reached out via text instead of ha He failed to confirm when my cars service was complete and kept my vehicle in their shop for another night. When I reached out via text instead of having any accountability he was condescending. Ivan their service director apologized and offered to accommodate for the following service. I don’t recommend being service by William. He clearly fails at customer service. More
