We’re satisfied with Kalei Dudoit the Gen. Manager. Very rude Sergio-Ramos Lopez of Finance Department that I had to request for another finance staff. OPTIONAL equipment from manufacturer Manager. OPTIONAL equipment from manufacturer and DEALER ADDED EQUIPMENT were not mentioned to us by our Salesman Mitch Newhart. They didn’t fill up our gas tank which made us not to be able to get home to PAHRUMP which is at least an hour or more drive by the mountains all the way. It was very risky for us driving by the mountains with not enough gas to PAHRUMP from LAS VEGAS and very inconvenient. Per our salesman Mitch Newhart we had to fill it and be reimbursed. WINDOWS TINT weren’t done and it was included in the Total Price. This is another INCONVENIENCE because we have to do SPECIAL TRIP for the DEALER’S FAULT. More

Loved the sales person Frank & his assistant who showed us every detail of the car. LOVED them! However, 5 hours was exhausting & unnecessary. We honestly spent over two hours without accomplishing anyth us every detail of the car. LOVED them! However, 5 hours was exhausting & unnecessary. Furthermore, we had driven 7 hours from Tucson for this purchase - we we tired. The dealership needs to manage transactions better. BTE, whoever Steve Temeck is, his email correspondence is rude.
