We were in the market for a vehicle for our daughter who is about to leave for college. After some research and family round-tabling, we determined were in the market for a Volkswagen or Scion tC. We were immediately greeted by Sean, and expressed our needs and financial limitations. Sean was very understanding of our situation, and never tried to sell us on something we weren't interested in. He explained our different options, based on our down-payment and desired payments. Although we weren't able to find anything fitting our needs on the Desert Toyota/Scion lot, Sean searched the other dealers in the Desert Auto Group. He was able to locate a vehicle on their VW lot across the street, and offered to meet us over there. Sean walked to the VW lot, across 8 lanes of traffic, to continue helping. He showed us the perfect vehicle for our daughters needs, and she was sold on it at first sight. The vehicle was priced about $3000 out of our budget, but Sean said he thought the was a little room to work, and he'd see what could be done. Needless to say, we were able to make a deal, and stay WITHIN our budget!! By far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Sean and the staff at Desert Toyota understood our situation, and NEVER applied any pressure or made us feel uncomfortable. We WILL be back in the future for our car buying needs. More

Overall our visit at Desert Toyota was very good. We told our salesperson, Ron Curtin, what kind of car we were looking for and how much we wanted to pay. He found the car we wanted. The car was a Christmas gift for the wife and I asked Bob if he could give me one of those red bows to put on the hood - he plucked one off the hood of a showroom car and gave it to me. More
