My husband and I purchased a 2012 Prius V at the end of December 2011. We researched this model online first and requested an internet quote. We first visited Fletcher Jones Toyota but felt like we were being pressured into buying a fully loaded model with options we have no use for. Fortunately this took us to Desert Toyota. Upon arrival we were greeted and taken to see Bob Mispagel, Internet Sales Manager. He was great! Even though they did not currently have our color preference in stock, he put out a search to get it for us. In the meantime, he showed us a printout of what was in stock and we looked at a vehicle which had the options we were looking for. As we sat in the car he went over all of the options, explaining everything and answering all of our questions. He was very informative! Walking in we thought we would not want a black car and were looking for silver or grey, however, when we looked at the black model they had in stock with a beige interior, we loved it and told Bob to call of the search for the other color. Bob was a great salesman, he was not at all pushy, we explained exactly what we wanted and he didn't try to force more options and/or upgrades on us, and the best part was the price. Bob matched the True Car internet price and even included the floor mats and cargo mats at that price. Also, the car windows were already tinted, not the basic UV protection tint, but a nice darker tint. The rest of the buying process went just as well! Once our new car was ready, Bob again went over the options, answered all of our questions, and even programmed the bluetooth in the car with our cell phones. Overall this has been the best car buying experience for us and we highly recommend Desert Toyota and Bob Mispagel. Their service continues beyond the purchase, Bob checks in to make sure we are still happy and Toyota Care is included for scheduled maintenance and oil changes for the first 25k miles. We are happy that we purchased our new Toyota from Desert Toyota and you will be too. More

I work full time on top of being a full time care giver for my disable mother. The need for me to have a reliable vehicle was pertinent. He answered all of my questions, Got me into a vehicle I could rely on(2012 Yaris 5D Liftback), and even went to bat for me when the bank said they couldn't finance me. I was blown away by the professionalism and no pressure environment. The customer service area also has really great coffee. It took me and my wife two years to go back to a Toyota Dealer because of a negative experience with a Sales Guy from the Henderson Area (Findlay) who was HARD SELLING the car to us. That guy was so annoying that we held on to our 8 year old car for two years. To all Car Salesman, remember always that people who go to a car dealer are already 90% decided to purchase a car. We just do not want to be pushed or pressured... Anyway, a week ago we decided to visit Carmax and see other options. We saw a very nice well equipped Prius that my wife really wanted to buy. It had 35000 miles on it for $26000 (excluding tax). I am so glad that we did not purchase the car right away because just about 2 miles away there was a Toyota Dealer (Desert Toyota @ West Sahara). We were met by a very calm and friendly sales person named GENE McCauliff. Please, please, please look for this guy because he is HONEST, NOT PUSHY and PROFESSIONAL! We had to come back after a week to thank him because of our great experience with him. We love our brand new Prius II and we got it for $25500 (0 miles, excluding tax)! Thanks a lot GENE!!! More

They were wonderful, I was upside down in my car and needed a car for better gas mileage and he worked so hard for me.
